ERROR U052 CANON MG5350

* I have a Canon PIXMA MG5350 printer error message on the screen of U052 so the printer is completely useless. The message says "The head type is incorrect, install the correct print head." The cost of the printer in November 2012 was € 82.55. I call to the Technical Service by Canon Spain on the phone 91 3754555 and they told me that I have to send the printer to an authorized repair service (Madrid or Barcelona) making me I bear the shipping costs and that being out of warranty also it would bear the cost of repairs and materials. I commented the error and indicating the screen "The head type is incorrect, install the head correct print" so that I recommend the repair cost would be much higher than buying a new printer and recommend me to myself buy the printhead and replace it as the user can perform the same as changing cartridges. I bought a new head QY6-0080 corresponding with my printer whose cost has been € 93.78 (I remind you that the cost of my printer in November 2012 was € 82.55) because I have bought original cartridges for my printer worth more than € 100 and I can not find any printer on the market to accept my cartridges. I received the print head and put it behind and change all cartridges with new cartridges U052 follows me out the same error. Could you please tell why a service technician makes me such a recommendation if not repair the problem ?. After the expenses have caused me not offer me any solution.

•Take the print head out of the printer itself, and  just move up the latch and pull up the print head (On some Canon and Epson printers , the print head might be much harder to remove)

• The items needed for the cleaning process are cleaning solution,  syringe, gloves, tubes and some instructions

• Using a syringe first is to open up the bottle and suck 3ml of cleaning solution. and drop a good amount of it on the print head
• Drop it slowly Until it absorbs for a minute or so and make sure that the solution does not come in contact with gold contact located on back side of the print head
• Dab the surface with moist paper towel and leave to dry for some time and then using an Alcohol paper wipe it on the long side of the grain. After it has dried put it back in the printer.


• Run some cleaning mechanisms on the printer (on some can do it from computers) after that printer is good to go on its own.

First of all Set the color plugs and  fill in the tanks one by one by its own color as Magenta, black, cyan and yellow
Open small holes to pull the air inside the tanks.
• Take the cartridge and remove the stickers on its outer surface for drilling holes there.

Please note that the Upper hole for the magenta to be fit in should be drilled a bit lower
Install rubber compactors inside the drilled holes and finally push the syringe inside the air hole and press on piston slowly to get the color from the tanks inside the ink tail.
Connect the entire tails to the cartridges and set the cartridge station for injection and then pull the piston slowly towards yourself.
The tale should be binded so that it might not move on its own.
At last turn on the device and open the cover of the printer.
While doing so one should remember to disconnect the power cord so that the cartridge plays in line.

Install thecartridges in device and close the cartridge covers.
For the tale bend it with the help of the plastic holder by cutting an extra part of the holder to fasten it in the tale.
To maintain the free movement of the cartridge, move the cartridge in all way to the right and see the overall regulation of the length of the tale.
Finally fasten the other half of the tale to the body of the printer and shut down the cover of the device to test it at last.
Test the print page for printing.

•The things needed for this consists of  water , spoon , plastic box with some water in it and a fluffy toilet paper
